ABOUT ME
I spent my childhood playing video games, reading fantasy books, and watching movies, which is probably why I never dreamed of being an astronaut, pilot, or garbageman. I wanted to have superpowers like Thor, Wolverine, or Nightcrawler. But no superpowers ever came, and when I was 14-years-old I became interested in HTML and CSS.
The first websites I coded were for a game I used to play: Lineage 2. After two years of coding, I installed Adobe Photoshop and began to design—everything was so beautifully colored and shaped, exactly like superhero suits. And since then, I’ve had a clear goal: become a designer.
CAREER
I was planning on leaving my previous job during the second half of 2017 to focus on my freelance work, but I got a job offer to work in a company that is full of young and talented people with its main focus being on the US and UK markets.
I finally had the chance to work as part of a team with other designers on a product which had international range. I was able to gain experience in creating sophisticated design systems and test the results with real users.
From the beginning, I was the only designer in the company, and I bore the full responsibility of creating the designs for DTP, UI, UX, and social media. I was able to learn a lot of new things and have the opportunity to work with major companies such as Český Rozhlas, Brit, Carnilove, T.M. Lewin, Ondrášovka, 7Camicie, Vodafone a DHL.
When I was 14-years-old I learned the basics of HTML and CSS. After two years of coding, I installed Adobe Photoshop and began creating designs for websites. A couple of years went by, and today I specialize in creating intuitive and imaginative website designs and mobile applications.
